CENTRAL OFFICE

Upon enrollment, all students are assigned a cafeteria account. This is a debit account. Cash and check payments can be applied to your Childs meal account with a cashier at each of our cafeteria locations and the Accounting office. Debit and credit card payments can be applied using our online software; EZSchoolPay.

If payments are send with your child, please send them in a sealed envelope with the Childs name (first and last) and the student number on the outside of the envelope. This ensures that if the cash or check is lost and then found, it can be directed to the cafeteria manager. If you send in a check, please make it payable to VCS and be sure that you put the Childs name and the student number on the check.

We encourage our TVCS families to enroll in our online payments system; EZSchoolPay. When registering, you can search for your child by name or their student ID# from Skyward. Also, select The Villages Charter School as the district. Some of the benefits of EZSchoolPay is the ability to transfer monies between siblings, monitor your Childs spending and eating habits, set monetary spending limits and enroll in automatic reoccurring payments.

If a child exceeds his/her spending limits, we will NEVER deny them a meal, however if the balance exceeds the specified balance indicated in our Meal Charge Policy, the student will be denied additional purchases such as extras and any a la carte items until the account is below the allowance indicated. Click HERE to review the Meal Charge Policy. To set limits on your childs meal account, please visit the School Meal Prices page for information.

How to Set Limits

Our Meal POS system provides complete anonymity to students eligible for free and reduced priced meals. A student paying status is coded in their account and the appropriate price is automatically deducted.
